About Installation
Edge Banding Board Wall Cladding
Steps for Installing TL-WPC Wall Panels:
1. Overlap the panels and insert them into the corresponding interlocking grooves; leave an expansion gap of 3–4 mm between the WPC panels.
2. Drive screws through the joints of the WPC wall panels until they anchor into the underlying battens (keels), thereby securely fastening the panels in place.
3. Install edge trim panels at corners and turns, securing them to the battens (keels) with screws to firmly fix the panels.

Why Choose TL WPC for House Ourter Construction?
While conventional composite boards are an excellent budget-friendly choice, upgrading to TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding introduces an advanced engineering standard that pays off significantly over time.
TL WPC Co-Extrusion technology features a highly durable, 360-degree polymer shield wrapped entirely around the composite core.
1. Ultra-Robust Weathering & Fade Resistance
The exterior shell of TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding board is embedded with premium UV inhibitors and stabilizers.
Traditional uncapped composites will naturally lighten over time when exposed to heavy sunlight. TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding locks in its deep, rich tones, ensuring the facade looks just as vibrant a decade later as it did on day one.
The outer shield acts as a thermal barrier, reducing the core's expansion and contraction rates during extreme seasonal temperature swings.
2. Maximum Moisture Shielding
TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding must defend a structure from rain, snow, and ambient humidity.
The advanced outer layer completely seals out moisture, eliminating common composite vulnerabilities such as swelling, rotting, splitting, or core warping.
Because moisture cannot penetrate the hard polymer surface, there is no organic foothold for mold, mildew, or fungal decay to grow on your exterior walls.
3. Superior Stain and Scratch Resistance
Exterior facades are constantly subjected to windblown debris, dust, pollution, and occasional accidental impacts.
The non-porous polymer shield prevents airborne pollution, soot, or organic bird droppings from bonding with the material.
TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding boasts a much higher scratch resistance rating than conventional composites, making it ideal for the lower, high-traffic ground levels of commercial and residential buildings.
4. Effortless "Wipe-Clean" Maintenance
While conventional WPC cuts down on maintenance significantly, co-extruded cladding takes ease of ownership to the next level:
Because stains and dirt remain strictly on the slick outer surface rather than sinking into wood fibers, a simple rinse with a garden hose or pressure washer removes almost all accumulated grime instantly.
TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding completely eliminates the need for specialized composite cleaners or deep scrubbing brushes.
5. High-Definition 3D Wood Grain Aesthetics
TL WPC Co-Extrusion manufacturing allows for much more sophisticated visual finishes.
The capping process can integrate subtle color streaking and multi-chromatic variations, replicating the complex grain patterns of expensive, exotic hardwoods.
TL WPC Co-Extrusion Wall Cladding shield holds deep, architectural wood-grain embossing exceptionally well, giving the building a high-end, premium aesthetic from both a distance and up close.
